    Right now we are offering a $1000 sign on bonus PER TRUCK. We pay it out, $250 at
    time of the truck signing on, then another $250 at the 30, 60, and 90 day marks.

    We also now offer 2 Owner Operator Pay Packages

    SML’s GOLD package is the pay structure that we have used for many years here. It
    is 79.5cpm + Fuel Surcharge. Paid plates, permits, work comp. insurance,
    cargo/liability insurance, prepass and all tolls. The driver will also get full benefits
    including health insurance. Also new to both packages, SML WILL NOW PAY YOUR
    FUEL TAX!!!

    SML’s BLUE package is our newest pay package, 86cpm + Fuel Surcharge. With this
    package, we still pay for your plates, permits cargo/liability insurance, prepass and
    tolls and fuel tax. However you will be required to pay for the occupational accident
    insurance which runs approximately $150 per month. This package does not include
    the benefits and health insurance.
