Hi, I am Kenneth Inman, if you are looking for a truck driving job I believe Sitton Motor Lines is a Driver Friendly company, they are one of the Good Guys in the trucking industry. I began driving for Sitton in September of 2003 after talking to several drivers, the SML drivers seemed be to the most satisfied with their company (out of 461 drivers 82 are One Million Mile plus and 12 of those are Two Million Mile plus). I drive full time and as of January, 2005 I have been recruiting part time. That means I average 11000 miles per month driving and three days a month recruiting. Plus 5-7 days home time each month making my daily average just over 523 miles. Being married with kids and grand kids, home time is very important to me and my family. Sitton has always gotten me home on time for birthdays, holidays and anything else I've needed to be home for, without hassle. They take good care of their equipment and their drivers. Never have I been told I could not get something fixed on the truck or an issue I might have. They do have an open door policy. Everyone in the office are assessable from Dick Sitton on down.
